I navigate dense regulatory requirements, multi-stakeholder approval cycles, and accessibility standards, translating all of it into interfaces that get adopted in production. The work demands design systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and an understanding that "done" in government means shipped, tested, and used daily by real city leadership. Before this, at BharatGo, Led end-to-end product design for a no-code e-commerce platform serving 500+ active small business merchants across India, enabling first-time online store creation without technical knowledge and redesigned an onboarding experience for first-time digital business owners.
I integrate AI tools across my design process, not as a replacement for design thinking, but as a way to move faster and explore more. All interfaces designed in compliance with GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps), ensuring accessibility standards, multilingual support, and responsive design principles mandated for government digital platforms. Scope included a kiosk interface for citizen service centers, demonstrating design for physical touchscreen environments.
Built reusable Figma component libraries and design systems reducing design-to-developer handoff time by ~30% across the product suite. Reduced average stakeholder revision rounds from ~5 to ~2 per module through structured user flow documentation and pre-design stakeholder alignment.
